St.Michaels College, Colchester, Vermont, USA on Tuesday 22nd May
2012 in the Parochial Hall, Gurranabraher at 7.15pm. We are looking
for all club members to come and support the team against our
American visitors. St.Michaels is where our U18s travel every 2
years to play in the St.Michaels team camp and the St.Michaels
Head Coach Jennifer Niebling is a great friend to the Club.

It proved an historic day for Singleton’s SuperValu
Brunell at the National Basketball Arena when they were crowned
women’s U18 national champions.
Tralee Imperials came to the capital with hopes of toppling
their Cork opponents but they were met with sheer resistance and
determination.
It was obvious in the opening two minutes that both teams were
nervous as they missed numerous easy baskets.

Having been one of the dominant forces in the game at juvenile
level locally and nationally for years (this team has won U14 and
U16 All-Ireland titles), and having had several players capped at
international level, they need to prove to themselves most of all,
that this local dominance could be continued on to the national
adult stage.

are running supporters buses to Dublin for the U18 National Cup
Final on Saturday 28th January. The bus is leaving the Parochial
Hall at 7.45 and all are welcome.

of games in the St.Michaels College Tournament with back to back
wins. The first game of the morning at 9.00am was against Thetford
whom we beat on a scoreline of 61 - 46 and the final game of the
day at 10.15am was against Rice who were accounted for on a
scoreline of 52 - 48, giving the team a 5 wins and 1 loss
record.

1 record. In the afternoon game Brunell defeated U32 on a scoreline
of 54 - 33 and in the final game of the day Brunell lost their
undefeated record to St.Michaels College on a score line of 63 -
46. The team will finish its sehedule of games today playing at
9.00am against Thetford and the final game of the tournament will
be against Rice at 10.15am.

2 rounds of the St.Michaels College Tournament. Brunell deafeated
South Burlington High School on a Scoreline of 35 - 34 on Friday
5th August 2011 and followed up with another win this morning
against Vermont Cats on a Scoreline 59 - 48.
